Guest Chef Demos at Dobbins Dining and Bruno's Café in March

Penn State Executive Chef Mark Kowalski will be at Penn State Behrend on March 21 and 22 to showcase some of his favorite recipes. At Dobbins Dining for dinner on March 21, he'll be serving up Mediterranean Shrimp Gnocchi, and at Bruno's Cafe for lunch on March 22, a Blue and White Knife and Fork Slider with Fried Dill Pickle Chips will be on the menu.
